Remote Transportation Claims Specialist
Job summary
A claims management company is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Claims Examiner to handle the investigation and settlement of claims. This remote role emphasizes strong communication and customer service skills while utilizing state-specific guidelines. Responsibilities include investigating new claims, making liability decisions, and negotiating settlements. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Xactimate. Applicants must be US residents.
