The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business transformation and expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Responsibilities include drafting business requirements, facilitating workshops, and developing test cases. This role requires an Enhanced Reliability security clearance.

To be considered, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IM/IT business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in large-scale transformation projects with multi-step business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including Power Apps, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps).
- Expertise in process modeling and workflow analysis.
- Strong ability to document and analyze business requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Experience in user story development and requirements traceability.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- French is considered an asset.
