Job summary
A technology solutions provider seeks an experienced End User Computing Desktop Support Consultant in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. The role involves providing technical support in a fast-paced environment, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and using remote support tools. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience and possess strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a focus on customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a desktop support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10.
- Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Understanding of Active Directory and network protocols.
