Charger Water Treatment Products is excited to announce an opening for a Warehouse Associate in our growing team located in Elgin, IL.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for handling various warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, assembling, and some delivery driving of our water treatment products. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us deliver quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble outgoing orders for shipment.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks if certified.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
  • This position requires flexible availability for overtime as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Forklift operation certification is a plus.
  • Full-time position available, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
  • Must be flexible for overtime and weekends based on needs.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $17 / hour
  • $100 Monthly bonuses when goals are met.
