A leading interactive entertainment company is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to enhance the quality of their flagship game, Monopoly Go! The role involves shaping quality strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with expertise in test planning and leadership. This fully remote position allows for a dynamic work-life balance while contributing to high-quality gaming experiences.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, software development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on testing experience.
- 3 years of leadership experience, managing projects or teams.
- Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management.

- Shape and execute quality strategies for features and releases.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams.
- Evaluate complex features, identifying and addressing issues.
- Lead communication in sharing insights to enhance product quality.
