• Minimum 8 years of experience within the hospitality industry, with a proven record of achieving personal and financial objectives.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar Director or VP of Operations role.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives within a multi‑site environment.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and ability to inspire exceptional depth and working knowledge of the leisure or retail industries.
• Proven track record of driving growth and scaling operations within a rapidly expanding company.
• Excellent communication skills, effective at all internal and external levels.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
• An analytical approach to identifying trends and opportunities.
• Strong sense of urgency and understanding of resource allocation for short‑ or long‑term objectives.
• Experience addressing diverse people‑related issues and leading the people agenda across the business.
• Broad knowledge of key techniques in sales and marketing, operational support, and talent management.
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and its importance for a progressive consumer‑facing employer.
• An organized and disciplined approach to project management.
• Must be open to extensive travel, spending 75% of the time working closely with leaders across our complexes throughout Canada.
