Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years in compensation, with strong Excel skills and knowledge of Canadian pay equity regulations. As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Medavie you’ll be a strategic partner in designing and delivering innovative, equitable and competitive compensation solutions.
