We are currently hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Ventures based in our Head Office in Burnaby.

As Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Ventures, you’ll be at the forefront of launching innovative products and driving their success in the market. From shaping bold go-to-market strategies to leading standout marketing materials, RFP processes, and promotional campaigns, you’ll play a key role in boosting adoption and awareness. Partnering with teams across BCAA, you’ll also champion community partnerships, events, and campaigns that elevate our brand and strengthen our market impact.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies that launch and grow Strategic Ventures products.

  • Create high-impact marketing materials, proposals, and sales tools to drive adoption and business growth.

  • Collaborate closely with BCAA internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.

  • Build brand presence through community partnerships, events, and activations that engage members and strengthen BCAA’s reputation.

  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and ROI.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and inspiration to a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and strong engagement across the organization.

  • Shape creative campaigns and lead a team that drives awareness, adoption, and meaningful community connections. By working hand-in-hand with BCAA teams and partners, you’ll fuel engagement and the long-term success of Strategic Ventures.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Business, or a related field (post-graduate an asset).

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership in go-to-market and product marketing.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Strong financial skills with experience managing budgets and performance targets.

  • Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt to evolving priorities.

  • Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in insurance, transportation, or start-up marketing.

  • Familiarity with community engagement, event planning, or sustainability-focused initiatives.

  • Background in digital product management or public relations.

The salary range for this position is $ 130,000 to $ 150 ,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 12.5 %, with the opportunity to earn up to 20 % .

Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 on-site / 2 remote days). Applicants who are not located within commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocate to the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered .
