What Is the Early Careers Talent Pool?
The Early Careers Talent Pool is not a job application for a specific role. Instead, it’s an invitation to connect with GHD and express your interest in joining our team, even if you’re unsure yet which area best suits your ambitions. By joining, you’ll be considered for future opportunities that match your background, interests, and skill sets as they arise.
- Who should join?
- Have graduated or obtained your diploma within the last two years
- Have less than two years of formal work experience related to your degree (internships and university projects don’t count)
- Have legal authorization to work in the country where you are applying
- Be available to work in person at least 3 days per week
- Fields of interest: Engineering (civil, environmental, mechanical, electrical, chemical, structural), architecture, project management, environmental science, digital solutions, data analytics, sustainability consulting, and more.
