This is a fully remote position with a flexible part-time schedule, allowing you to build your caseload around your availability.

• Active and unrestricted mental health license in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• 2+ years of post-licensure experience providing therapy
• Competency and experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA communities
• Telehealth experience with comfort using virtual platforms for therapy
• Eligibility for credentialing with insurance companies
• Malpractice insurance

Preferred qualifications:

• Niche area of expertise in mental health (e.g., trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, DBT, couples therapy, etc.)
• Experience working in private practice or community mental health settings
• Bilingual

As a remote part-time Psychotherapist - Mental Health Therapist, you begin your day by preparing for sessions with a client-centered mindset. You meet with clients virtually, providing affirming care that respects their identity and experiences. Whether supporting someone through trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, or addressing anxiety, your interventions are rooted in evidence-based practice and tailored to the individual. You complete documentation promptly and contribute to case consultations as needed, ensuring quality and ethical standards remain top priorities. You manage your caseload independently, while having access to peer support and supervision.
