What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Plan and deliver solution architecture and deep-dive demonstrations for prospects and customers
  • Advise companies on their value stream and Agile transformation journey using AI technology
  • Support sales teams by understanding client environments and methodologies
  • Lead executive-level meetings to showcase AI-driven insights and business intelligence
  • Drive multi-product solution sales and assist customers in implementing customized solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineering / Solution Consulting experience
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills
  • 5+ years’ experience with Lean, Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and/or DevOps
  • Familiarity with Planview products and multiple project management tools
  • Understanding of project-to-product and Value Stream Management enhanced by AI and predictive analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Agile certifications a plus (SAFe Agilist, SPC, LPM, CSM, CPO, PMI, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and practical applications in product delivery
  • Experience with tools such as Atlassian Jira Align, Aha!, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow
