A leading life sciences company is seeking a bilingual support professional to provide high-quality assistance to patients and healthcare providers. This role involves managing inbound calls, delivering counseling as per pharmaceutical requirements, and ensuring timely reporting of events. Ideal candidates have relevant experience in healthcare or customer service and must be willing to work rotating shifts. The position offers competitive pay and a collaborative work environment while making a positive impact on patient outcomes.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or customer service.
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, 9am-9pm AST, Monday to Friday.
- Experience in a call center or patient assistance program is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Provide high-quality support to patients and healthcare providers through various communication channels.
- Manage inbound calls during rotating shifts, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
- Deliver counseling to patients according to pharmaceutical manufacturer requirements.
- Handle internal program clinical referrals and manage call queues as per established policy.
- Report adverse events or drug reactions within the specified timeframes.
