• Strong research track record with peer-reviewed publications, preferably in top-tier AI/ML conferences

• Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality research independently
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to interpret and communicate research findings
• Solid foundation in modern machine learning methodologies and statistical modeling
