Qualifications

Expected salary: $80,458 to $98,337. Salary determined by candidate skills, experience and internal equity. Final base salary at company's discretion.

In this role, you will:
  • Undertake Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) on equipment and systems to understand supportability drivers, through‑life costs, and identify actions to improve performance.
  • Build and use tools and processes for analysis across all work packages, such as FMEA, FTA, RBDs, and lifecycle cost models.
  • Follow obsolescence management processes to determine alternatives for equipment no longer supported by industry.
  • Work cross‑functionally across Babcock Canada, sub‑contractors, and client base to progress assigned tasks.
  • Assist working groups to develop innovative solutions to equipment challenges.
  • Liaise with the customer to capture requirements and ensure tasks meet expectations.
  • Work closely with Data Science to develop reliability and LSA analytic tools and processes for asset work packages and safety management.
  • Participate in business improvement activities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate brings:
  • Engineering degree from a recognized institution.
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) certification and good standing in their province of practice.
  • 4+ years’ relevant engineering experience.
  • Previous experience in Reliability Engineering or Integrated Logistic Support / Integrated Product Support.
  • Strong analytical skills; focus on integrated systems considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data analytics in Excel and other BI tools.
  • Familiarity with GenS (OMEGA PS) and Analyzer or similar tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience liaising with stakeholders across a multi‑disciplinary organization.
  • Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance.
