A leading construction company is seeking a Loader Operator for permanent full-time employment in Northeastern Ontario. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience operating a CAT 980 Loader and must possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include safe operation of the loader and maintaining logs of equipment usage. Benefits include social club membership, pension plan, and overtime opportunities.

- Knowledge of CAT 980 loading requirements necessary.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
Responsabilités
- Open pit mining and operation of a CAT 980 Loader.
- Maintain daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance.
- Identify and report hazards on site.
Connaissances
- Open pit mining
- Safe operation of a CAT 980 Loader
- Handling and/or moving material
- Effectively communicate to all site personnel and co-workers
- Maintain daily logs of equipment usage, maintenance, etc.
- Identify, report, and correct hazards
- Handle and manipulate objects on a repetitive basis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctuality
- Minimum two (2) years experience
- Knowledge of CAT 980 loading requirement
- Valid Driver\'s License with a clean abstract
- Current CPIC
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Work inside and outside in all weather conditions, and various locations
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Team Player; able to get along with a diverse group of people working towards a common goal
- Permanent Full Time
- 40-60 hours per week
- Overtime after 44 hours
