Job summary
A technology consulting firm in Canada is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to manage and enhance the Centercode collaboration platform. Responsibilities include platform management, user support, and compliance with GDPR regulations. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience with SaaS platforms, excellent communication skills, and a background in Quality Assurance. This position is fully remote.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing SaaS platforms, preferably Centercode.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder and end-user management.
- Experience with GDPR, Privacy, Security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Centercode SaaS platform for reliability.
- Provide responsive support to end users.
- Monitor platform metrics and drive feature adoption.
