A professional nursing association in BC seeks a Digital Communications Lead to enhance engagement through digital channels. This role involves managing website content, email marketing, and social media, aiming to connect effectively with members. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in communications and digital marketing, with strong technical skills in CMS and analytics. The position offers a competitive salary of $67,000 – $72,000 annually, with benefits and remote work opportunities within British Columbia.
Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) is the professional association representing all four nursing designations in BC: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). We support nurses across the province by promoting excellence in nursing practice and advancing the role of nursing in health care, policy and system transformation.
Reporting to the Director, Communications and Engagement, the Digital Communications Lead strengthens how NNPBC connects with and supports its members through digital channels, including the website, email and social media. This is a hands‑on role that combines technical, editorial and creative skills to deliver compelling, accessible content across core platforms. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, the Digital Communications Lead helps identify opportunities to better engage members and build strong, sustainable digital foundations for NNPBC’s work.
This is an exciting time to join NNPBC’s Communications and Engagement team as we prepare to launch a new website, advance a redesigned membership experience, and roll out a refreshed brand this Spring.
Reports to: Director, Communications & Engagement
Location: Remote, anywhere in British Columbia, with occasional in‑person and travel requirements
Type: Full‑time, Permanent
Salary Range: $67,000‑$72,000 annually, with extended health and dental benefits, enrolment in the Municipal Pension Plan, and a professional development fund.

Interviews will take place between Feb 9–13, 2026. To support a fair and thoughtful process, interview questions will be shared with candidates at least 48 hours in advance of their interview.
