An organization supporting international students is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager based in Red Deer, Alberta. This remote position involves managing relationships with students, host families, and schools, ensuring a smooth experience. Ideal candidates will have experience in community engagement, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license and background checks are necessary.
Qualifications
- At least two years of homestay or related work experience.
- International experience including hosting students or travelling abroad.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-stress situations.
Responsabilités
- Monitor and manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support hosts, parents, and students with cultural practices.
- Communicate and maintain accurate records.
