Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy, patient assistance, nursing, or customer service.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts from 9 am to 9 pm (AST), Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact in a call center, providing support to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Manage inbound calls and assist with patient enrollment and inquiries.
  • Report adverse events and manage clinical referrals.
