A premier senior living community is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining the facilities and ensuring a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance, be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and have a desire to work with the elderly. This role includes responsibilities such as assisting with apartment turnovers, maintaining grounds, and fostering teamwork. Competitive benefits and a supportive work culture are offered.

- Six months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, or housekeeping.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités
- Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
- Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers.
