Job summary
A healthcare organization in Winnipeg is seeking a full-time diagnostic cardiac sonographer responsible for acquiring high-quality ultrasound images. Candidates should have at least one year of experience, complete high school education, and certification as a Cardiac Sonographer. This role involves working in-person, with a focus on quality patient care and education. Competitive salary within $48.428 to $56.145 based on experience.
Qualifications
- One (1) year recent experience as a diagnostic cardiac sonographer preferred.
- Experience using healthcare information systems preferred.
- Skilled in the use of cardiovascular ultrasound equipment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain high-quality cardiac ultrasound images for the Cardiologist.
- Assist in the education of new staff, students, patients, and visitors.
- Participate in research endeavors within the department.
