Job summary

A reputable technology firm is seeking a Learning Specialist - Renewals to enhance the skills of their global Renewals teams. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience in training development, a strong grasp of adult learning principles, and proficiency in multiple training modalities. This hybrid role may be based in Waterloo or Richmond Hill, or remote for the right candidate. Competitive salary and benefits will be offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a sales or renewals training role.
• Experience in training design across multiple modalities.
• Certifications in adult learning and instructional design are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver sales training programs.
• Support implementation of renewals enablement strategy.
• Collaborate to develop and revise training resources.
