Stores Process Improvement Specialist
Job summary
A leading Canadian retailer is seeking a Business Process Improvement Specialist to enhance operational efficiency across their Store network. This role involves conducting operational analyses, collaborating with Store teams, and providing insights to drive productivity improvements. - Minimum two years of retail operations or project management experience required.
- Experienced working on Lean Six Sigma projects considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Plans and leads tests for new processes and evaluates effectiveness.
- Serves as an internal consultant on assigned projects.
- Collaborates with TJX Canada departments to analyze operational efficiencies.
- Partners with Store Operations teams to understand process benefits.
- Collects feedback on pilot project rollouts.
