• Manage and complete 3-6 residential renovation projects per month, adhering to established timelines and budgets
• Recruit, coordinate, and oversee contractors and subcontractors across all trades
• Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to reduce costs and streamline construction processes
• Ensure all permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements are met
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in real estate project management, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites within Virginia
