• the willingness to participate in our mission to digitise the logistics world by bringing modern solutions to the users, which significantly improve their daily work
• fluent German, Spanish, Italian and English and the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication
• first experience in Customer Service or Customer Care
• fast technical comprehension, are comfortable with MS Office Suite and Google tools, and willing to learn more
• high level of organisational skills, pro-activity, and reliability

• diverse tasks autonomously solved in analysing and answering customers’ inquiries about the usage of our platform Transporeon
• supporting our customers with their queries regarding technical issues
