Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting a wide variety of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and more.
  • Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features, operating systems, and best practices.
