The Senior Contract Management Specialist in Global Site Contracting / Clinical Development Operations may be responsible for ensuring the timely and appropriate execution of Clinical Study Agreements, Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements, Master Clinical Study Agreements, Investigator Initiated Study Agreements, Facility Use Agreements, and other site-related agreements, along with associated budgets and service provider agreements linked to CSAs. This role works closely with R&D business teams, including Clinical Development Operations, Finance, Office of Ethics & Compliance, Legal, and external partners. Responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, executing agreements, and ensuring final contracts are delivered on time, within fair market value, and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The SSCM acts as a contract management expert within the organization, mentoring colleagues and driving process improvements.
