As the Head of Marketing & Growth, you’ll define and lead Peak’s marketing strategy to drive measurable business growth. This is a foundational role where you’ll audit existing efforts, develop a clear go‑to‑market plan, and expand marketing capabilities across paid media, content, and branding.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with senior leadership to elevate both client acquisition and candidate attraction efforts.
Audit existing marketing efforts, identify quick wins, and create a comprehensive plan for scaling lead generation and brand visibility. Define the target market, audience segments, and the best channels to reach them.
Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Bing, and Microsoft Ads (~$75K / month), optimizing for ROI and efficiency. Expand into LinkedIn and Meta advertising as part of a broader social strategy.
Own Peak’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging content across LinkedIn, the company website, and other digital platforms. Elevate both B2B client marketing and candidate marketing to position Peak as the authority in sales recruitment.
Lead and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, while managing external contractors and agencies. Over time, develop the structure for a scalable internal marketing team.
Leverage Salesforce and Google Analytics to improve reporting, track ROI, and inform decision‑making. Explore new tools and integrations to streamline campaigns and measure success effectively.
Work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align marketing strategy with business goals and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
