Overview

Account Manager - Veterinary Diagnostic Solutions Fraser Valley, BC

Are you a Veterinary Technician looking to take your career beyond the clinic? This is an exciting opportunity for veterinary professionals who want to apply their technical expertise in an account management role. As an Account Manager, you’ll partner with roughly 80 existing customers to deliver best-in-class diagnostic solutions, drive utilization, and become a trusted resource in improving patient care. This is a full-time, field-based role covering the Fraser Valley and the BC Interior. The ideal candidate is located in the Surrey, Abbotsford, or Chilliwack area.

What You’ll Do

  • Territory Management & Customer Success: Build and manage relationships with veterinary clinics through regular check-ins (on-site and remote). Deliver technical support, training, and education on diagnostic solutions. Upsell and cross-sell products, identify leads, and collaborate with the broader team to enhance customer experience.
  • Post-Sale Excellence & Onboarding: Lead seamless installations and set-up of diagnostic devices, routers, network connections, and online platforms. Guide clinics through onboarding — from pre-installation to training and follow-up. Provide ongoing clinic education on usage, maintenance, and clinical benefits to ensure optimal application of solutions.
  • Territory & Resource Management: Partner with business units to improve customer success and efficiency. Manage scheduling, travel, and territory budget. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and expenses.

What We’re Looking For

  • Veterinary Technician (RVT preferred) or other animal health professional eager to transition into sales/account management.
  • Post-secondary education in biological sciences, business, or veterinary technology.
  • Sales experience is an asset — but we’ll train the right candidate with a strong clinic background.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain clinical and technical information in an approachable way.
  • Comfortable with technology, connectivity, and medical devices.
  • Understanding of veterinary hospital operations, lab workflows, and staff training.
