A leading airline company is looking for a Cabin Supervisor to lead a team of Cabin Crew, ensuring an exceptional customer journey while enforcing safety and compliance standards. This permanent role includes benefits like discounted air travel and flexible leave options. Ideal candidates will have prior cabin crew experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to meet specific physical requirements. Support for professional growth and wellbeing is a priority.
Step into a leadership role with Network Aviation, part of the trusted Qantas Group. As we continue to deliver safe and exceptional service across regional Western Australia and beyond, we’re looking for Cabin Supervisors who are ready to lead by example, inspire their teams, and take the onboard experience to new heights.
As a Cabin Supervisor, you’ll be the onboard leader, guiding a team of Cabin Crew to deliver an exceptional customer journey while upholding the highest standards in safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Flying on our fleet of F100, A319, and A320 aircraft, you’ll operate to destinations such as Busselton, Newman, Broome, Darwin and Newcastle, while also supporting charter flights for FIFO operations and corporate clients across Australia.
This role demands a confident communicator and natural leader with a passion for people and precision. You’ll work closely with Flight Crew and key stakeholders, coordinate inflight operations, and provide real-time feedback to drive performance and enhance the onboard environment.
You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged. Our people come together to allow us to dream big and deliver successfully.
There are many different opportunities across our team, which means you’ll be able to grow both personally and professionally at the Qantas Group. Your development is a priority for us – so that you can maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect and can continue to develop over time. You’ll be supported from day 1 with on the job training and coaching as well as our formal training opportunities. While you may start in this role, we’ve got a great track record of supporting our people to take their career in so many different directions, the destinations are endless.
The Qantas employee benefits program offers amazing benefits that extend well beyond travel.
The Qantas Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion. We embrace diversity and encourage applications from people with disability. Candidates will have the opportunity to request support or reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process in order to demonstrate their ability to meet the inherent requirements of our roles.
Please note: applications will only be considered for candidates who have the right to work in Australia / New Zealand without restriction or sponsorship.
Additionally, if you have been unsuccessful in your application previously, you will be required to wait 12 months before you can reapply and be considered.
