Step into a leadership role with Network Aviation, part of the trusted Qantas Group. As we continue to deliver safe and exceptional service across regional Western Australia and beyond, we’re looking for Cabin Supervisors who are ready to lead by example, inspire their teams, and take the onboard experience to new heights.

As a Cabin Supervisor, you’ll be the onboard leader, guiding a team of Cabin Crew to deliver an exceptional customer journey while upholding the highest standards in safety, compliance, and professionalism.

Flying on our fleet of F100, A319, and A320 aircraft, you’ll operate to destinations such as Busselton, Newman, Broome, Darwin and Newcastle, while also supporting charter flights for FIFO operations and corporate clients across Australia.

This role demands a confident communicator and natural leader with a passion for people and precision. You’ll work closely with Flight Crew and key stakeholders, coordinate inflight operations, and provide real-time feedback to drive performance and enhance the onboard environment.

Role Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Cabin Crew to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience
  • Coordinating onboard duties and ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures and performance standards
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments including Flight crew and ground operations
  • Ability to drive on time performance and effectively communicate with stakeholders onboard.
  • Fostering a positive, team-oriented culture onboard
  • Providing operational feedback and insights to the broader management team
  • Representing Network Aviation with professionalism and pride
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience as Cabin Crew
  • Previous experience supervising or managing operational teams is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • A commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence
  • Ability to reach a minimum of 212cm (barefoot, both hands simultaneously)
  • Maximum height of 186cm
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or must be able to obtain)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (or must be able to obtain)
  • Good overall health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted
  • Minimum 18 years of age
