We’re seekingentry-level representativesto serve as the first point of contact for members. In this role, you’ll explain benefit options, answer questions, and ensure families feel supported and confident in their coverage. Conduct virtual consultations with members via Zoom or phone to review benefits programs
Provide clear explanations, resolve concerns, and build long-term client trust
Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
Share ideas and feedback to improve processes and enhance client experience
Legally eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education an asset)
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or teamwork-based roles preferred but not required
Comfortable with technology, including Zoom and digital record systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative, team-player mindset
Adaptable and able to thrive in new or challenging situations
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Confident when engaging with clients in a virtual environment
