Job description
About Us

We’re proud to be the only supplemental benefits provider in the world operating under a 100% union label. For more than six decades, we’ve partnered with over 40,000 unions and associations throughout North America and beyond—delivering reliable supplemental and permanent benefits to the hardworking families who keep our communities strong.

Our mission is straightforward yet powerful: to protect, educate, and serve members with benefits they can count on for life. Every program we design supports a single purpose—helping working families achieve lasting financial stability and peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our team, you’ll connect directly with union members who have requested assistance regarding their benefits. You’ll guide them through their available options, explain program details clearly, and ensure each family receives the personalized support they deserve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with union members.

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone appointments.

  • Presenting benefits programs in a professional, engaging, and informative way.

  • Completing digital applications and documentation accurately.

  • Upholding company standards through quality control and compliance.

  • Participating in ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A professional, positive, and people-focused attitude.

  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.

  • A team-oriented, organized, and self-motivated mindset.

  • Comfort working with computers, video platforms, and digital tools.

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales (an asset, not a requirement).

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

What You’ll Gain
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package– Full health, dental, and life coverage.

  • 100% Remote Work– Flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.

  • Flexible Scheduling– Build a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle.

  • Weekly Pay + Monthly Bonuses– Reliable income with performance incentives.

  • Recognition & Travel Incentives– Earn all-expenses-paid trips to destinations like the Bahamas, Cancun, and Las Vegas.
