This role combinescommunication, organization, and leadership developmentin a dynamic, people-centered environment. Each day, you’ll play an important role in helping members understand their benefits and make informed decisions for their families.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managinginbound and outbound callswith members who have requested information about their benefits.
Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone-based consultationsto explain available programs.
Presenting benefit options clearly, professionally, and with empathy.
Usingbasic computer and data-entry skillsto complete digital forms and maintain accurate client records.
Ensuring allpaperwork, compliance, and quality control standardsare met.
Participating inongoing leadership and professional developmentdesigned to help you grow within the organization.
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in virtual meetings.
Apositive, motivated, and professional demeanorwith a genuine desire to help others.
Ability tobuild rapport quicklyand work effectively with both individuals and teams.
Previous experience incustomer service, sales, or client-facing rolesis an asset, though not required.
Comfortable collaborating with management, colleagues, and clients in a remote setting.
Team-oriented, dependable, and self-drivenwith strong follow-through.
Must belegally eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
