What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products and services, such as smartphones and computers
5. Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Must speak fluent French and English
2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
3. High school diploma or GED
4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
5. Proficient in fast-paced multitasking and eager to learn new technologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
