What You’ll Do

This position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, and want to develop meaningful professional skills.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managinginbound and outbound callsto union members who have requested benefit information

  • Scheduling and conducting virtual appointmentsusing platforms such as Zoom

  • Delivering informative and engagingpresentationsto help families understand their coverage options

  • Utilizingbasic computer programsto maintain client records and submit applications

  • Completing thenecessary paperwork and quality control checksto ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Participating inleadership and professional development trainingto build management and mentorship skills

  • Collaborating with team members and leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

You’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced mentors and managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working independently in aremote environment

  • Experienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
