Job summary

A leading software solutions provider is looking for an experienced Office 365 Engineer. This role involves managing and improving identity infrastructure focused on Active Directory and Azure AD. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, scripting, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, proficiency in automation, and strong interpersonal skills. This is a remote contract position within Canada or the USA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills are required.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage multi-domain Active Directory forests.
• Troubleshoot complex AD issues and account lockouts.
• Develop and maintain scripts for identity provisioning and auditing.
