Job summary
A well-known coffee and fast-food establishment in Grande Prairie is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 2-3 years of experience. Responsibilities include analyzing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a permanent, full-time role of 30 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
