A consulting firm AI is seeking a Change Management Consultant to facilitate healthcare delivery transformation across Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of change management experience, including expertise in ADKAR and CCMP certifications. Responsibilities include improving information management processes and developing training materials. This remote position offers the opportunity to impact healthcare delivery significantly.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in organizational change management for large IT projects.
- 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead roles.
- 5 years’ experience developing training materials for process changes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate healthcare delivery transformation using information technology.
- Support implementation of standardized clinical plans across healthcare organizations.

Job Description :Our client is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join the team.
Must Have Primary Skills :
- Valid Prosci (ADKAR) certification
- Valid Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification
- 10 years’ experience performing organizational change management for large projects implementing information technology, process, or business architecture solutions.
- 7 years’ experience in project management or team lead role implementing projects. Experience should include developing plans and coaching resources.
- 5 years’ experience developing training materials and curriculum for process changes
Nice To Have Secondary Skills :
- 3 years’ experience performing organizational change management while implementing a standardized clinical plan across multiple healthcare organizations
- 1 year of experience developing operational delivery models to improve patient access in a healthcare setting
Proven Experience In :The resource will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
