Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of projects within the Cards & Payments domain ensuring alignment with business objectives and efficient use of resources. This role requires expertise in Icertis and involves coordinating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model. The candidate will drive project success by managing timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations contributing to the Companys growth and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and project objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components and adherence to timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk management.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to track progress, address issues and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Implement iCertis solutions to optimize contract management processes within the Cards & Payments domain.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques ensuring timely completion and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback and manage expectations.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively to minimize impact on project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project performance.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for project management within the organization.
• Utilize domain expertise in Cards & Payments to drive innovation and improve project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in iCertis demonstrating ability to implement and manage contract solutions effectively.
• Have a solid understanding of the Cards & Payments domain with experience in related projects being a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Show proficiency in project management tools and techniques ensuring efficient project execution.
• Display problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a project management certification being advantageous.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
