• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC machine controls (Logix 5000, SLC 500, Panelview HMI).
• Experience with Fanuc robotics, including collaborative applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Engagement throughout the entire plant.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives including New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Build relationships with the broader manufacturing organization and with HR and Supply Chain.
