Drive Results and Impact Change

Reporting to Director, Talent Attraction & Employer Branding, we are seeking a Specialist, Candidate Experience. The incumbent will be responsible for providing day‑to‑day support to the People Team which includes primarily managing the candidate’s experience life cycle and providing support to all other cohorts of the Center of Excellence.

Where Expertise meets Execution
Talent Attraction
  • Assist with employer branding through off‑site recruitment events
  • Responsible for posting all job requisitions on the company career site, ensuring brand consistency on all platforms
  • Lead background check administrative function which includes follow up and correspondence with the candidates
  • Manage summer student recruitment from resumes screening, phone interviews and offer letter management
  • Responsible for all new hire paperwork and onboarding communication for new hires, ensuring documents are audited and filled out correctly in a timely manner
  • Create monthly dashboards on recruitment metrics
  • Document all processes and guidelines for the Talent Attraction Team and function
  • Assistance with resume screening, phone interviews as required
Talent Management
  • Review, track, and manage compliance with mandatory training for all new hires
  • Ad hoc-create events on‑line and upload rosters to distribute learning hours
  • Assist with quarterly learning days and new hire orientation schedule
  • Ad‑hoc projects
Total Rewards and HRBP Function
  • Create internal company communications as required
  • Work with HRBP team to ensure employee files are audited and shipped to Iron Mountain, when applicable

What You Bring to The Table
  • University degree or College equivalent in Human Resources preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience required
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar/email
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Motivated with a positive attitude and excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and promote strong customer relationships at all levels
  • Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion and tact
  • Creative thinking with the ability to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
