A leading Home Health Care Company in Vaughan is seeking a Care Coordinator to enhance the quality of customer experience through effective coordination and communication with staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus, the ability to multi-task efficiently in fast-paced environments, and a passion for making a difference. This role offers opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience working as a Care Coordinator for Government contracts preferred.
- Excels at customer service ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate Community Care + File Management.
- Communicate with Field Staff and patients to ensure quality experience.
- Utilize advanced scheduling technology in Home Health Care.
