What You’ll Do

You’ll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through their permanent benefits program with care and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Explaining benefit options clearly and effectively over Zoom
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant documentation
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up
  • Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary an asset)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, administration, or client-facing roles preferred
