A healthcare authority in Saskatchewan is seeking a qualified Public Health Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate health services for the community. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Job Description: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluation of the health and health risks for clients. Scope of practice requires a broad knowledge base and autonomous decision making skills. PHN provides consultation and support to a wide array of professionals in the community and delivers community health nursing services to individuals, families and groups.
