Qualifications

- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
- Supervise activities of specialist chefs and cooks.
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Prepare and cook meals for guests or special functions.
- Train staff in cooking and food handling procedures.
