Job summary
A recognized home care provider in Hamilton is seeking a motivated Sales & Community Outreach Specialist to expand local presence. This role involves generating leads, maintaining community connections, and achieving outreach targets. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background and excellent communication skills. This position offers flexibility with a pay rate of $20/hour, requiring a commitment of 20-25 hours per week.

- Establish and maintain connections with community partners such as law firms, retirement homes, and local organizations.
- Represent Nurse Next Door at community events, fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and client growth.
- Collaborate with the local team to align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
- Track and report sales activity, progress, and results regularly.
- Proven background in sales, business development, or community outreach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable meeting targets.
- Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or service-based industries is an asset but not required.
- Having access to a car/vehicle is an advantage for outreach, but not mandatory.
- Pay Rate: $20/hour
- Hours: Minimum 20–25 hours per week, with extra commissions - flexibility for events and outreach activities.
