A regional educational authority is looking for a Vice-Principal to support the Principal in fostering a positive and respectful environment. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a valid Nova Scotia teacher's license, and a commitment to inclusive education. This role includes assisting in staff management, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring student success. Salary range is $107,166 to $133,958, with application deadline October 1, 2025.
The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education is responsible for the administration of the public school system within the boundaries of Cape Breton and Victoria Counties, supporting approximately 12,000 students in 38 schools.

School is rated in payband 12 with a salary range of $107,166 to $133,958.
Teaching components for administrative positions (Principal or Vice Principal) may change from year to year based on school teaching staff and student enrollment.
