We are seeking a highly motivated and client focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards, while ensuring our business continues to expand and progress.

• Develop deep expertise in our specialized products and services in our niche market
• Serve as the primary technical resource for interactions with clients regarding utilization and customization of our products
• Evaluate site hydraulic conditions and site constraints to determine appropriate system configurations
• Prepare and review technical quotations and kickoff project documentation based on customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide exemplary customer service to support strategic growth initiatives
• Represent the company with onsite customer support, industry conferences and technical events
• Travel throughout Canada and the United States (Passport required)

• Engineering experience in open channel hydraulics and water conveyance systems
• Strong ability to grasp engineering concepts specific to the water resource management industry
• Excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to collect the information required to understand the clients’ needs and communicate this to the internal project teams
• Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude
• High attention to detail, organization and time management skills
• High integrity and ability to build trustStrong computer proficiency with willingness to learn new programs
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable vehicle to use for work
• Ability to drive and walk in rural and outdoor elements and conditions including construction sites

• Stablework environment with long-term staff
• Full time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-5 with overtime as required
