Job summary
A leading data solutions provider is seeking an experienced Data Architect based in Toronto, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in data architecture and strong programming skills, including SQL, Python, and Java. Proficiency in GCP services and experience with Kafka and ELT/ETL platforms are essential. A background in the health industry is considered an asset. This is a fulltime position offering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a data architect.
- 4+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and Java.
- 4+ years of experience with GCP cloud services.
- Experience in health industry an asset.

- 7+ years of experience as a data architect
- 4+ years of experience in SQL, Python and Java
- 4+ years of experience with GCP cloud data related services ( Dataflow, GCS, Datastream, BigQuery, Dataplex, PubSub, CloudSQL, BigTable)
- 3+ years of experience with Kafka Connect, Warpstream, Debezium, running CDC streaming pipelines
- 3+ years of experience with ELT/ETL platforms (Airflow, DBT, Apache Beam, PySpark, Airbyte)
- 3+ years of experience with BI reporting tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD and IaC using Terraform and Pulumi
- Extensive knowledge of the Google Cloud Platform, specifically the Google Kubernetes Engine
- Experience in health industry an asset
